Refund policy
We want all of our Zenners to be happy with their orders. If you are not pleased with your order, we are happy to accept your return. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item must be received before a refund is issued. Purchaser understands that there are no refunds on shipping charges and purchaser is responsible for return shipping. It is advised for all return orders have tracking as The Zen Company will not be liable for returns lost in transit.Â

Items must be returned in condition received. In the event, your item is damaged when received, send a photo of the item and packaging with your order number in the subject line to service@thezencompanyonline.com Damaged items will not be refunded unless the photo is received prior to return.Â

Exceptions: custom orders and Zen Sprays are not refundable.Â

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returned orders over $150.
