Returns & Exchanges

We want all of our Zenners to be happy with their orders. If you are not pleased with your order, we are happy to accept your return. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Item must be received before a refund is issued. Purchaser understands that there are no refunds on shipping charges and purchaser is responsible for return shipping. It is advised for all return orders have tracking as The Zen Company will not be liable for returns lost in transit. 

Items must be returned in condition received. In the event, your item is damaged when received, send a photo of the item and packaging with your order number in the subject line to service@thezencompanyonline.com Damaged items will not be refunded unless the photo is received prior to return. 

Exceptions: custom orders and Zen Sprays are not refundable. 

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returned orders over $150.

To ensure proper fulfillment, order tracking, and inventory tracking, if you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return your original item and reorder your desired item. Customers wishing to exchange items agree to our refund policy when returning their original item. 

Once your return item is received, we will refund your charges less shipping charges to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing of your refund. You will receive a notification email once your refund has been processed. After your refund is issued, it can take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to post your refund to your account. The Zen Company is not responsible for errors and omissions in your financial institution's processing. 

Once you receive your Zen, it is best practice to set your intentions for the piece you chose. Setting intentions is easy. Sit in a quiet place with no interruptions, hold your Zen in your hand, and tell it your intentions. As an added bonus, you can use visualization to set your intentions as well. You can clear the intensions and reprogram with new intentions whenever you like, especially if you are using your Zen for your moon rituals. You want to make sure the intensions you set are in line with the properties of the crystals in your particular piece. 

Shipping & Delivery

Processing time is the time it takes to process your order. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your order. 

Shipping is the date, 7-14 business days after your order is placed, in which your order is shipped. When upgrading to expedited shipping, this does not affect the processing time and only applies to the shipping class you have chosen at checkout.

Domestic Orders

Domestic orders over $75 receive free standard shipping via USPS. 

For orders under $75, shipping is calculated based on delivery address at check out. 

On all orders, regardless of paid or free shipping, you may upgrade to Priority or Express shipping at checkout. Please note, shipping upgrades do not expedite processing time. 

International Orders

Shipping for international orders will be calculated at checked based on weight, country of delivery, and delivery speed. By placing an order with The Zen Company, you agree that you are responsible for any extra taxes and/or charges charged by international agencies. 

Domestic Deliveries:

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order. During normal operations, your order should reach you in 2-5 business days from shipping date. Please allow extra delivery time during holiday peak times. 

USPS Disclaimer: USPS has experienced delivery delays and routing changes since COVID-19. By placing an order with The Zen Company you understand that The Zen Company is not responsible for delivery delays on the part of USPS.

International Deliveries:

Once Shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order. Please allow 4-8 weeks for your package to reach you. By placing an order with The Zen Company you understand that The Zen Company is not responsible for shipping delays or missing packages as after your package leaves the United States, we have no control over customs or the international delivery system

Missing packages:

Please verify your delivery address prior to checkout. We will ship your item to the address listed on your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the incorrect address or items lost in transit. 

For security purposes, if you make an error in your address, you will need to cancel and reorder with the correct address. We will ship to the address attached to your order. 

Zen FAQ's

Crystal products should be cleared of energy periodically. To cleanse the energy, pass through incense smoke, use another crystal such as selenite or citrine to clear. Because The Zen Company products are resin, if using water to clear, I do not suggest clearing in water for long periods of time. To preserve the luster of your piece refrain from sleeping in them, showering, and working out in them excessively. They love being charged in the moonlight and sunlight. NOTE: As resin may experience slight discoloration in the sun, I do not recommend direct sunlight exposure for long periods of time.

There are several different ways you can use it. You can hold it in your hand and use for meditation, sit it on your desk, in your car, on your alter, or any other place you feel could use an energy boost.
